this website on-line or by faxing/posting to us a completed copy of the Toshiba-Direct

on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your
order. The e-mail confirmation will produced automatically so that you have confirmation
of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does
not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. Prices We try to make
sure that prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price
before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock
and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular
item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from
the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can receiving your order.
If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which
you have paid. Payment You can pay by any, Visa or MasterCard credit card or by
switch, Solo or Visa Delta debit card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure,
your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone
being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the internet. You may
also pay by cheque or postal order if you wish. Please make a cheque payable to
Direct Sales. If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you
must pay by credit card. The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds
but you may use our "currency converter" to estimate the price of goods in other
currencies. The "currency converter" is only a guide and does not accurately reflect
current exchange rates. When paying buy credit card you bank will automatically
debit your card in your local currency at the correct exchange rate. We currently
debit money from your credit/debit card account on the day of despatch Delivery
We can deliver goods to destinations within and outside the UK. We aim to deliver
goods to destinations in the UK within 1 to 3 working days using nominated courier.
However, cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods
are not delivered within the delivery time we quote for that item, please contact
us by e-mail. We will try and ensure that you receive you order, as quickly as possible,
or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which
you have paid. Warranty & Returns All goods are covered by a 12 month return to
base warranty. In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged,
you must contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery in order for us to arrange
a replacement. You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items
to us. We will in turn be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to you.
Our responsibility We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your
use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to,
or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our
control. We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure,
